This is an extremely critical position within Cream Co. and lands squarely in customer service, order management, and office management. Working cross-functionally with Ecommerce and Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring that all online orders are fulfilled and shipped and all customer correspondence is handled in a timely manner. A strong attention to detail is a must. In addition to the ecommerce side of this position, you will be responsible for general office administration work. The ideal candidate has a professional and positive get-it-done attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Order Administration - Maintain daily ecommerce orders

  • Print all Pack slips
  • Print all Pick Tickets
  • Print all Shipping Labels
  • Complete all transactions via the Shopify backend
  • Ensure that all orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner
  • Correspond with customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Interface with customers, sales, warehouse, and other departments regarding all order related matters
  • Investigate and resolve order, product issues
  • Operate the pickup window, currently open on Fridays from 11-5pm

Office Administration

  • Order office supplies
  • Greet visitors and customers to the office
  • Where applicable, notify the appropriate party of the arrival
  • Coordinate office vendor services, such as cleaning, water deliveries, etc.
  • Managing break room and common area cleanliness, keeping basic facilities stocked such as paper towels, soap
  • General organization of office supplies
  • Help to book extracurricular company functions

Nice to have Skills

  • Experience working in Shopify or other Online Ecommerce platforms
  • Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Basic experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet based applications
  • Fresh handwriting
