Historically thought of as a cheap and tough cut, brisket has emerged as a darling of slow and low BBQ. This is our biggest brisket weighing in at 12 pounds and is untrimmed.

Rub generously with salt and pepper. Smoke until the internal temperature  hits 203°. It's recommended that in a smoker set to 250° you should smoke your brisket 1-1.25 hours per pound.

Orders heading out of the Bay Area will only ship on Monday and Tuesday.

Orders within the Bay Area will be delivered Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Our butchery processes orders within two business days. You will receive an email when your order is out for delivery. 

Pick up hours are Monday-Thursday 9-5pm & Friday 9-3pm. You will receive a notice when your order is ready. Please have this email with you to receive your product. If you're unable to pick your order up during our normal pickup times, please email us at retail@creamcomeats.com. We're happy to accommodate other pickup times.

Subscription Orders: Your initial subscription order will ship within 2 business days. Your subsequent subscription orders will ship following your selected delivery cadence. We turn to Creekstone Farms for a 100%-natural take on classic Black Angus corn-finished beef and Heritage Duroc Pork.  

Small by midwestern meat processor standards, Creekstone's All-natural, Never, Ever program tracks each animal for its entire life, starting on the farm, to the quality of the finishing corn, to Creekstone's state-of-the-art Temple Grandin designed Humane Certified abattoir. 

Creekstone selects each Black Angus by hand. The animals are pastured for most of their lives, and finished on high-quality corn. They are never given hormones or antibiotics. 

Their natural Duroc Pork program is also all-natrual. No antibiotics or hormones, ever.
