If you've ever dined at an old-school Chicago steakhouse, you might remember the flourish and showmanship with which your server presented the day's Tomahawk steak. We've taken this midwestern favorite and applied that showy panache to our-best in class West Coast Klingeman Farms Pork.
The Pork Tomahawk is a bone-in pork chop cut from the ribs of the hog. A tender pork ribeye with a generous serving of pork rib meat.
Do consider formally presenting it to your guests before seasoning and reverse searing.
Our butchery processes orders within two business days. You will receive an email when your order is out for delivery.
Pick up is every Friday from 11-5 PM. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. Please have this email with you to receive your product.

The pigs are raised on Non-GMO Project Verified barley-rich mix of European fine grains, which yields a cleaner, harder fat cap than conventional corn and soy-finished pork. The pigs enjoy abundant open living space and fresh water. Hoop houses with fresh straw bedding provide shelter from the elements and predators.
